Casa Lavanda is a beautifully renovated farmhouse. It is the end of a cul de sac in the town of Vicoli. It is the perfect place to fully relax, away from the stress of everyday life, in the midst of the beautiful nature. Surrounded by 1ha land, olive grove and fruit trees. The view of the mountains and olive groves and vineyards is fantastic. The house is located on the border of the Gran Sasso National Park and it is possible to reach the mountain in 30 minutes. It is 4km or 5 'drive to the nearby village of Civitella Casanova where you supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, gelateria, bar, grocery store, post office, bank, gas station, etc., can.. Every week there is the Sunday market.

"Wunderschöner Urlaub mit der Familie"

Wir waren das erste mal in den Abruzzen und waren einfach nur begeistert. Die Lage ist optimal für Familienausflüge nach jedermann Geschmack. 50 Min zum Meer und jedes Ausflugziel in eine kleines Dorf oder Stadt waren in gut einer Stunde erreichbar. Besonders begeistert waren die Kinder als wir in die Berge gefahren sind und uns Wildpferde begegnet sind. Schafe und Kühe die über die Steppen und Straßen liefen. Das Grillen hoch oben auf der Ebene war der wunderschöne Abschluss unserer Reise.

Het huis is werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien, is schoon en heeft een prachtige rustige ligging. Het uitzicht is geweldig! Wij hebben genoten van de mooie omgeving en echte Italiaanse stadjes. Een aanrader!

Wees niet ongerust als je denkt dat je hopeloos verloren bent gereden: dan zit je waarschijnlijk toch op de goede weg om Casa Lavanda te bereiken, en dat huis is die rit echt waard: alle comfort - met al opgemaakte bedden - volstrekte rust, prachtige uitzichten. Dolce far niente in Italiaans weer. Geen toeristische drukte en toch goede restaurantjes en verzorgde wandelpaden vlakbij. Wil je toch toeristische toplocaties bezoeken? Op een uurtje rijden lig je ofwel in zee aan de Costa dei Trabocchi of sta je op de allerhoogste top van de Apenijnen, en 's avonds keer je dan hier terug in je eigen zwembad.
Wij meldden een probleempje met het toilet, en 's anderendaags had een loodgieter het al opgelost: top service dus.
Wij beleefden hier een heel aangename vakantie.

we had a fantastic holiday as 2 couples in this gorgeous property, exactly as described with perfect pool area. we used the BBQ and spent the week relaxing by the pool. beautiful mountainous area, great local wineries. thank you.

Een mooie uitvalbasis om Abruzzo te verkennen! Je kan ter plekke ontspannen, maar ook genieten van de mooie natuur en stadjes in de nabijheid van Vicoli. Een echte aanrader voor een gezinsvakantie!

"zalige rust"

Een heel gezellig, groot en mooi huis met alle denkbare comfort (echt aan alles is gedacht, ) waar wij, als gezin met drie adolescenten, een zeer relaxte vakantie doorbrachten. Zeer attente verhuurders (bv. proviant voorzien om eerste avond en ochtend door te komen, ....) . Rijke flora en indrukwekkende, niet alledaagse fauna ;-) ... mooie natuur met adembenemende zichten. Wij zijn fan!
