IT IS CLEAR THAT THE SECONDARY APARTMENT (DEPENDANCE) IS ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY RENTED AT THE SAME GROUP OF PERSONS WHO HAVE RENTED, FOR THE SAME PERIOD, THE MAIN APARTMENT, this obviously to avoid having groups of people who are not they know. Otherwise, the secondary apartment (dépendance) will remain vacant and closed and the privacy and tranquility of guests will always be fully guaranteed.

ADDITIONAL COST FOR RENT ALSO THE DEPENDANCE, ¤ 750 PER WEEK.
MINIMUM STAY 6 NIGHTS.
To book the Villa you need to make a deposit in advance of 30% by bank transfer, the balance will be paid on arrival. (If for any reason you will not be able to make a holiday, the deposit will be recognized as a future down payment to be used by the end of October of the following year).
