Holiday property - Casa Monica

This is the right choice if you are looking for the beauty of Tuscany combined with a beach holiday. It is the ideal place to relax near famous historical cities such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence and typical Tuscan villages such as Volterra and San Gimignano, but also near the beach of the Etruscan coast. All this can be reached within a short distance by car.

There are two typical Tuscan large farmhouses built in the nineteenth century and they are located in the middle of the green hilly country. There are 6 independent apartments of which this is the largest. The apartments are simply furnished and have a well-equipped kitchen, garden or terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining and the balmy warm summer evenings. Each apartment has mosquito nets on the windows. Each apartment can be viewed on my website.

There is a large swimming pool with a spacious terrace with sun beds and umbrellas.

This largest apartment is called "Le Rose" and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a spacious terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is also a large communal garden terrace with barbecue and pizza oven.

You can order a linen package with your reservation. Price bath linen 5 euros per person, price bed linen 10 euros per person. You can pay this upon arrival.
