Holiday property - Huisje in Holthone

Welcome to this unique vacation home on a beautiful estate, surrounded by nature and on a small lake (limited recreation). Here you will have a complete off-grid experience (the cottage is completely powered by solar and wind energy) in harmony with nature. Sounds of birds and water are all you will hear. This unique cottage is located on the property of the homeowner (approx 5000m2), on a cul-de-sac and is approx 70m2 in size. It consists of a spacious living room with open kitchen and a bathroom with rain shower, washer and dryer. Upstairs is a large bedroom with double bed (140x200, firm mattress) and two bedsteads (separated by curtain). Despite the fact that the owner's house is also in the yard, there is plenty of privacy: two terraces with nice views (one covered), so you can sit in the sun or shade as needed), a private lawn and in the summer you can use the large set-up pool of 7 meters in diameter (weather dependent).
