Casa Leana has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a separate toilet with bathroom furniture. The bathrooms all have a rain shower.

The villa is fully equipped, such as:

American fridge (with water filter, ice cubes and shaved ice), wine climate cabinet, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, juicer, filter coffee machine, Dolce Gusto and Nespresso machine.

Smart TV via streaming or Canal Digital, good fiber optic WiFi. A Sonos system to play music via your phone or laptop. Furthermore, a round fireplace corner with electric fireplace, but also table tennis, sunbeds with parasol, lounge chairs and a large dining table inside and outside.

There are plenty of places to sit in the sun or shade. There is sea view and the Montgo can be seen in the front of the garden.

The house also has 5 air conditioners and various ceiling fans. There is also a safe and a camera and alarm system.

The house can optionally be cleaned in between for a fee and the bed/bath linen can be changed. However, there is also a washing machine and dryer (and ironing board and iron), which may also be used by guests.

Casa Leana is located in a residential area close to the bustling Arenal beach. There is also plenty to do for children, such as playgrounds on the beach. A little further along the coast is the cozy old harbor with nice shops and restaurants. Javea has several beautiful beaches, from picturesque rocky beaches in a bay to a more extensive sandy beach.

There are nice authentic regional and flea markets in the region. There you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on a terrace! All this between the friendly Spaniards.

The surrounding places are also nice to visit, such as the harbor of Moraira and Denia. From Denia, large ferries go to, among others, Ibiza. They are often moored there in the harbor. There are also nice stalls on the boulevard.

Javea is located between Valencia and Alicante, these cities are also worth a visit!

Sports activities in Javea include:
Golf, tennis, diving and snorkeling.

The weather in Javea and surroundings is among the most stable on the Spanish coast. The weather is pleasant here almost all year round! There are more than 300 sunny days a year!

On arrival you will be welcomed by the local hostess and shown around. There will be a welcome pack with some practical items and something to drink, so you can toast to a wonderful holiday right away!
