Holiday property - Casa Maris

Cottage Casa Maris is located on one of the most beautiful spots on the Wadden Island of Schiermonnikoog; at the end of the Badweg, about a minute's walk from the beach. At the front, where the sun rises, there is a wide view over the dunes. At the back, where the sun sets, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the lighthouse.
This "House by the Sea" is a wonderfully spacious, bright and sunny vacation home, suitable for 6 people. The many large windows allow you to fully enjoy the free and expansive view. The house can be rented throughout the year, in the summer it is the ideal place for a wonderful beach vacation, autumn and spring is the perfect time to get a breath of fresh air and also in winter it is lovely to stay in the house because of the pleasant wood stove.

The house has central heating and a wood stove. There is a TV, radio and DVD player. You can also use internet, both wireless and via a UTP cable. Books, games comic books and children's toys are widely available. Casa Maris is child-friendly furnished with crib, stair gate, playpen, high chair (2x), maxicosi and baby bath.

The layout is as follows:
First floor:
Hall with toilet, spacious bright living room with wood stove and a practical open kitchen (with gas stove, fridge, freezer, combi-oven, airfryer, kettle and coffeemaker) situated in the heart of the house so you can look in all directions from there through the windows, two dining tables available (so you can leave your game/puzzle/newspaper when you eat), utility room with extra shower.
Second floor:
Simple bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine, CV room with separate centrifuge and washing rack, three double bedrooms, one of which has a sink (a fourth bedroom is for your own use). Each bedroom has its own personal color of the flag of Schiermonnikoog (red, blue and green). There are six single beds, on each bed there is a comforter and a pillow, each room has a closet to store clothes.

Around the house is a large terrace so you can always choose to sit in the sun or shade, or in or out of the wind. Garden chairs are provided as well as a large outdoor table, fire basket and barbecue.
